By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service provided by xtoko.dev, you (the "Buyer") agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). These terms are binding and apply to all transactions and communications.
1. Payment and Transactions
➤ 1.1 All sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued.
➤ 1.2 Incorrect payments (under/over) are not refunded.
➤ 1.3 Payments must be made using Friends and Family, unless agreed otherwise.
➤ 1.4 Buyer covers all transaction fees.
2. Risk and Liability
➤ 2.1 Once delivered, responsibility is transferred to the Buyer.
➤ 2.2 We are not liable for bans, penalties, or actions from third-party services.
3. Conduct and Compliance
➤ 3.1 Attempts to bypass or manipulate terms are violations.
➤ 3.2 False claims or chargebacks will result in blacklist and permanent access loss.
4. General Terms
➤ 4.1 Buyers agree they’ve read and understood all TOS.
➤ 4.2 TOS may change anytime without notice.
➤ 4.3 Buying = Accepting TOS, regardless of whether shown.
➤ 4.4 We may revoke access at any time (justified reason will be provided).
5. License and Usage
➤ 5.1 All products (including macros) are licensed to the original Buyer only. Licenses are non-transferable.
➤ 5.2 Sharing, reselling, or distributing any product or license key is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.
➤ 5.3 Violators will be permanently blacklisted and may be reported to relevant platforms.
➤ 5.4 Our license system collects your Hardware ID (HWID) and IP address for authentication purposes. This data is used solely to verify your license and is never manually reviewed or shared.
